During a Treasury Select Committee hearing, I asked the Governor of the Bank of England if he agreed with the TACO trade: that the economic pain of Donald Trump is limited because Trump Always Chickens Out and is terrified of bond markets. The Governor appeared to give a qualified yes in my view.
