While I welcome this long-overdue commitment, it comes after a deeply concerning track record—Thames Water discharged sewage into the River Mole for over 13,000 hours in 2024. Given this history, I remain cautious. I will be holding Thames Water fully accountable to ensure this investment leads to real, lasting improvements for our communities.
