Chris demands urgent reform for Surrey County Council

In a difficult speech today, Chris called for immediate reform of Surrey County Council's Children, Families, and Lifelong Learning department following its catastrophic and systemic negligence in the tragic deaths of 3 Surrey children: Chris's constituent Jennifer Chalkley from Bookham, Oskar Nash, and Sara Sharif. Alongside fellow Surrey MPs Will Forster and Al Pinkerton.
