Chris welcomes return of Box Hill & Westhumble bins

Southern are returning the bins at Box Hill & Westhumble station following pressure from myself and residents. Littering was getting out of hand after they removed them because of new government recycling regulations. I wrote to Southern and brought in the BBC to apply pressure, so I'm glad they've listened to local concerns.
