Chris honours victims of Stakeknife and praises work of security services

I spoke in Parliament today about MI5 and Stakeknife. I can only express horror for the victims. The context of how our security services operate today are important rather than 30 years ago. The ethics of agent recruitment handling and protection are incredibly complex and our security services do an outstanding and at times unbelievable job at navigating these and saving lives.
