Chris slams Surrey Police for underhand evictions of long-serving officers

Surrey’s Police and Crime Commissioner (a Conservative politician) is throwing serving police officers and my constituents out of their homes. This includes a heavily pregnant woman. This would be illegal under the incoming Renters Rights Act which bans no fault evictions and is the sickening behaviour of a dodgy landlord. I’ve been speaking to the BBC and will be raising it directly with the Home Secretary.

I have also written to the Surrey Police and Crime Commissioner asking her to consider how she is effecting the lives of these families.
