Chris pushes SWR on contactless fare increases

I asked the managing director of SWR what can be done after the introduction of tap in/tap out caused unsustainable increases to fares for many people – some tickets almost tripling in price. He told me they are aware of the issue and are working with the government to see what they can do. I have also written to Department for Transport and am still waiting for a response.
