Chris calls for justice for special needs children on ITV News

In his maiden speech to Parliament, Chris called for justice for our special needs children. Last night he was on national ITV news with families giving witness to the terrible cost when their children are denied their legal right to an education. Conservative Surrey County Council has the highest number of complaints in the country.
