Over the last few weeks many businesses across the constituency have been contacting me about their worries with the Government’s budget.
 
The National Insurance hike for employers is going to put small, local businesses in serious financial trouble. They are having to consider dismissing staff, reducing operations or even closure.
 
This doesn’t align with Labour’s stated goal of economic growth and will affect the small and family businesses the most.
