Chris meets Rail Minister about local services

I met with the Rail Minister, Lord Hendy about a Dorking fast train, step-free access at Bookham and Dorking Deepdene stations and price rises from contactless tickets. We have some way to go, but he had helpful advice on how we can progress all these issues with his department and the train companies.
