Surrey County Council calls Kathryn to dissuade her from pursuing an EHCP

Evie is 11 and after a 2 year wait for an assessment she was diagnosed with ASD. Surrey County Council have blocked Evie from getting an EHCP for over two years, even going so far as to call Evie’s mum, Kathryn, to dissuade her from pursuing an EHCP. Watch Evie’s story:
