Chris demands the Government delivers on its promised GP surgery

During an adjournment debate on Access to GPs, I spoke about how 4000 residents in Westvale Park were promised a GP surgery 7 years ago.
They had binding Section 106 legal agreements in place.
However, the operational funding for this surgery has not been granted by the NHS.
The Government must make sure that operational funding is delivered on new housing developments in order to provide them with the infrastructure they need to succeed.
I also spoke about the lack of jobs available for GPs, and asked the government what it plans to do about this in its 10 year plan.
