Chris demands better rural mobile signal following outages

Residents in Charlwood were without internet all day on Monday, made worse by the poor 4G and 5G coverage in the area. Some said that when they contacted their internet providers, they were told there was no wider issue and that it must be their individual connection. I have written to the government and Openreach asking how they plan for incidents like these, also calling for clearer communication with residents. I will be asking internet providers the same.
