Chris criticises Capita pension delays

People aren’t receiving their pensions after Capita took over civil service pensions last December. They are struggling to pay bills and don’t hear from Capita about when they’ll receive anything, often spending hours on the phone waiting. I am writing to the government and have spoken to the BBC about this:
