Chris confronts Clarion over housing failures
I met with Clarion’s Regional Housing and Repair Leads to raise residents’ concerns around poor communication and delays. They’ve laid out new plans to improve: more Housing Officers on estates, better contact centre tech, and faster repair response - aiming for first visits within 28 days. Residents have heard promises before so I’ll continue to hold Clarion accountable until we see real improvement.
