Chris calls out Clarion delays

Last year, Clarion Housing told me they were improving services for residents. Unfortunately, people still contact me regularly, complaining about unresolved maintenance issues, poor communication and even rat infestations. I met with local councillor, Monica Weller, at Douglas House in Bookham, where residents feel Clarion are not listening.
