Chris calls on government to improve Royal Mail service

Over 20% of first-class mail is delivered late in RH postcodes. In Buckland and Betchworth, there was no post delivered at all when the post lady was on holiday. People have missed important NHS appointments, parking fines and more due to this poor service. I called on the government to work with Royal Mail to sort it out.
