Chris calls for better SEND dental access on BBC Radio Surrey

I was on BBC Radio Surrey's Breakfast show discussing NHS dental services at East Surrey Hospital - including specialist treatment for children with additional needs and patients with complex dental conditions which are under threat, as reported by BBC News.

British Dental Association research showed that special needs patients face unacceptable waiting times of up to 80 weeks for hospital tooth extractions under general anaesthetic.

Local services in Surrey continue to fail those with special educational needs and disabilities, and the potential closure of specialist dental services in East Surrey Hospital will be yet another example of this. Sign our petition here to help save these services.
