Chris backed by the Ombudsman over SEND crisis

The Observer covered yesterday the Local Government Ombudsman’s common concerns with me  by Local Authorities on SEND. The Ombudsman wrote to me after I published over 650 family testimonies of unlawful, unethical or harmful conduct by over 100 local authorities across the country. Horrifically they include  attempted and successful avoidable child suicide. The government must not remove any existing legal protections for SEND children when their families’ trust in local authority governance has collapsed.
