Over 100 Surrey families have testified to lawbreaking, lying and gaslighting by Surrey County Council on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. I am asking SEND parents to consider standing for the Council as Liberal Democrats to build a SEND system in Surrey that brings opportunity and hope for our children.
