Chris calls for action over Box Hill water outages

Residents are often left without water and electricity in Box Hill due to frequent power outages. It can take up to 2 hours for an engineer to come out and manually restart the water pump as there is no automatic generator. When the water does come back on, the pressure is so strong that it damages pipes, leaving residents to pay. 

It’s outrageous that many of my constituents are regularly without these vital utilities.
