Chris updates on Betchworth water tower

SES will finish fixing Betchworth water tower (dependent on weather) by the end of April. They’ve also put another generator at Headley Pumping Station to reduce the number of water outages. People have contacted me about water being released onto Clump Avenue destroying the road. SES assured me they are going to assess any further fixes needed after they resurface the road in May.
