Balcombe Road accessibility issues

I spoke to one of my constituents, Liam, about a poor quality of path that he tries to use frequently but isn’t able to.
This is one of the many accessibility issues that residents in Horley experience effecting their every day lives. Despite raising them with Surrey Highways these issues have been casually dismissed.
I’ve written to Surrey County Council to ask how they are addressing their system which clearly isn’t working.
